This program provided by Distribution Marketing, Inc. (described hereinafter as “Interstate Batteries”) to all eligible Interstate Batteries team members. All users of this web site agree that their access to and use of this web site are subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein and all applicable laws. Any access is undertaken at the user's own risk. These terms and conditions may change without prior notice. This web site is housed and operated by Online-Rewards on behalf of Interstate Batteries. Interstate Batteries is not responsible for and disclaims all liability associated with merchandise obtained by team members or related to any service provided, action, or inaction of Online Rewards.
Eligibility:
Eligibility for the Interstate Batteries Sales Team Pro Shop Reward Points Program is limited to current full time IDG, IOT and WD/Jobber sales team members who are in good standing. Points earned in the program cease to exist when this eligibility is severed through termination, probation (points suspended) or resignation. No credit, carryover, transfer or redemption of Reward Points is available after eligibility is severed.
Change:
Interstate Batteries reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue or change the program, items offered and terms and conditions at any time.
All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for this program, the eligibility of rewards, the availability of rewards or points, calculation of rewards, the terms and conditions of the program will be resolved by Interstate Batteries, at its sole discretion. Should a team member chose to contest any decision by Interstate Batteries related to the Interstate Batteries Sales Team Pro Shop Reward Points programs, such dispute shall be governed solely by the Interstate Batteries Dispute Resolution program previously agreed upon by all team members.
Participant Enrollment:
Each eligible Interstate team member will receive a registration key for enrollment in the Interstate Batteries Sales Team Pro Shop Rewards Points Program. Each eligible Interstate team member will create their username and password used to gain access to the Interstate Batteries Sales Team Pro Shop Rewards Points Program website.
Earning Rewards:
The earning of Interstate Batteries Sales Team Pro Shop Reward Points will be outlined to each participant group (IDG, IOT, WD/Jobber) by the Program Administrator.
Redemption and Deduction of Points:
- Reward Points may only be used to redeem merchandise from the On-Line Catalog. Points are not redeemable for cash.
- The Reward Points accrued do not constitute team member property unless and until they are redeemed for an item. Reward Points cannot be transferred to another team member. Reward Points have no monetary value except to the extent specifically provided for by a reward.
Claiming a Reward:
- Interstate Batteries reserves the right to modify the merchandise available in the Interstate Batteries Sales Team Pro Shop Reward Points On-Line Catalog at any time and without notice.
- Item(s) may be redeemed only from those described in the On-Line Catalog upon presentation of sufficient points.
- Specific merchandise is subject to availability and substitutions may be made based on availability or market conditions. Statements of Interstate Batteries Sales Team Pro Shop Points Earned: This web site provides eligible team members with detail of transactions, as well as Interstate Batteries Sales Team Pro Shop Reward Points point balances. Calculation of points is at the sole discretion of Interstate Batteries.
Termination of Program:
Interstate Batteries reserves the right to terminate the Interstate Batteries Sales Team Pro Shop Reward Points Program at any time without any prior notice to team members. If the program is suspended or terminated, any unredeemed Reward Points must be redeemed within one month of the date of termination.
Promotional Events:
From time to time, Interstate Batteries, at its discretion, may sponsor events intended to promote participation in the Interstate Batteries Sales Team Pro Shop Reward Points Program. These events may be terminated at any time, without cause or warning.
Taxes:
Merchandise redeemed under the program is subject to applicable federal, state and/or local taxes. Payment of taxes resulting from these awards is the sole responsibility of the participant and not Interstate Batteries, or any of its affiliates or agents. Interstate Batteries will report earnings under this program in accordance with federal, state and local regulations.
Shipping and Handling:
Merchandise redeemed under the program is subject to shipping and handling charges. The shipping and handling charges are included in the point value associated with each item in the On-Line Catalog and are represented in the overall value of the item.
Privacy Notice:
The information collected on this web site will be used by Interstate Batteries in connection with the Interstate Batteries Sales Team Pro Shop Program. Online-Rewards will not provide team member information to non-Interstate Batteries third-party business clients without first obtaining team member approval to do so.
